Dear Hill-Roberts Families,
What an exciting week we've had! Our Kindergarteners celebrated their last day with a joyful Field Day, and the high school graduate walk-through brought huge smiles and inspiration to our students. A very special thank you goes to Dr. Dimond for organizing a hugely successful BOGO Book Fair—our students were thrilled to take home new books! We’re also incredibly grateful to all of our family volunteers who helped make the book fair such a smooth and fun experience.
A heartfelt thank you to our amazing PTO for sponsoring the 4th grade field trip to United Skates, supporting the Book Fair, and helping make Field Day possible next week. Your partnership means so much to our school community!
Looking ahead, we’re excited for next week’s Field Day and CREST Assembly—only 9 days left in the school year!
Best,
Dr. Paul Madden, Principal
Ms. Julie O’Boyle, Assistant Principal
Congratulations graduates!

According to Mrs. Young this was "the best field trip ever!" The students really bonded, celebrated a great year, and supported each other through the ups and downs of learning to roller blade! It was awesome! Thank you to the fourth grade team (including Mrs. Samnang and Ms. Jennewein) for planning and supporting a great experience to our rising fifth graders!
Fearless,
Friendship,
Fun,
and even some Congo-line festiveness!

100 years ago, students - just like you - from all across America donated money to save the USS Constitution from being demolished. 30 years ago, students in Boston donated pennies to restore the USS Constitution.
Now it’s your turn!
Our city is building a monument to the service members of Attleboro who have served - and are currently serving - in the Global War on Terrorism.
You can help make Attleboro history in two ways:
First … by donating to fund the construction.
Second … by attending the Grand Celebration when the monument is dedicated in Capron Park this Fall.
You may find more information on the monument at: www.attleborogwot.org.
Online donations can be accepted here:

Dear Hill-Roberts Families,
Every year, each public school and school district in Massachusetts receives a report card. Just as your child’s report card shows how they are doing in different subjects, the school’s report card is designed to show families how our school is doing in different areas. A link to our school’s report card is available at https://reportcards.doe.mass.edu/2023/00160045. This link will take you to copies of a letter in English, Arabic, Chinese, Hatian Creole, and Spanish explaining the School's report card.
If you have questions about our school’s report card please feel free to contact me, Dr. Paul Madden.
Wishing everyone a lovely summer vacation!!!
Pick Up Medication - Last Day or 6/23 (6/24 if Jury Duty happens)
If your student has any medication in school, epi-pens, inhalers, daily meds ect., you may pick up the medication on the last day of school or on the following Monday 6/23 (If I don’t have Jury Duty) or Tuesday 6/24 if I end up having to go in for Jury Duty. Please call before coming as I won’t find out about having to serve until Sunday night/ Monday morning. I would hate to have you waste your trip.
4th grade students will be given their emergency epi-pen or inhaler on the last day of school, daily meds will need to be picked up by an adult. Please let me know if they will not be here on the last Friday 6/20.
Medication for Next Year
Monday 6/9, I will be sending home the paperwork for next school year's medication with your student. Please check their back packs. In order for the paperwork to be valid for the next school year, please date everything after July 1st, especially doctor’s orders. You can drop off the medication and paperwork on the first day of school, Tuesday, Sept 2nd. You can also drop it off during the back to school social on Wednesday, August 26th. I will also be putting in several ½ days the week before the start of school and can accept meds then. Please call or email me 1st to set up a good time to drop off meds before the start of school.
Medication Drop Off - Adults Only, No Backpacks
All medications need to be dropped off by a parent or responsible adult, they should NOT be sent to school in your student’s backpack.
Excited to see how much your students change and grow over the summer - See you in August/ September!
