Dear Hill-Roberts Families,
This Friday, we will hold our second CREST Assembly, celebrating our Golden Huskies. 🎉
Thanks to the leadership of our Student Council and the generosity of our Husky families, we exceeded our Food Drive goal of 1,000 non-perishable items! Donations supported St. Theresa’s Food Pantry and our HRES–Feinstein Food Pantry. Thank you all!
We still have 12 tags remaining on our Giving Tree—if you’re able to help, we appreciate your support. See below for more information.
On the PTO side, the Virtual Howliday Fair is back! Hunter Husky is offering even more inventory this year, including Wicked-themed items and fun dog toys. Visit the Virtual Howliday Shop at http://tiny.cc/HS25-Virtual.
Warmly,
Dr. Paul Madden, Principal Ms. Julie O’Boyle, Assistant Principal

The District AI Task Force is launching a short survey to learn how families are using artificial intelligence, what questions you may have, and what supports would be most helpful. Your feedback will help the district create clear expectations, build shared understanding, and ensure our approach to AI is safe, responsible, and aligned with community needs.Â
Please take a few minutes to complete the Family AI Survey at the link below. Thank you for contributing your voice.Â

Vision and Hearing screenings continue. I have completed grades 2-4 and have started on 1st grade. Grade 1 screenings include Hearing, Near and Distance vision along with Stereopsis. 1st grade also includes height and weight. If you do not want your child screened for any or all of the screenings, please let me know via a note or email. If your student does not pass any part of the screenings, a referral letter will be sent home with the student by the end of next week. Kindergarten will have Near vision and Hearing started when we return from the upcoming holiday break. Kindergarten Distance Vision was done in October with the assistance of the Lion’s Club using a SPOT screener. Hunter Husky’s 2025 Howliday Shop |
It was great to see so many families last weekend at Hunter Husky’s 2025 Howliday Shop. Thank you so much to all the volunteers who helped make it happen, including the former HRES students who helped the kids shop – we truly could not have done it without your help! The bake sale was made sweet by some amazing contributions. Gratitude also to Ms. Torres and the 4th grade chorus who entertained us all and the Attleboro Family Resource Center for sponsoring the craft table. |
