| Dear Hill-Roberts Families,
We hope everyone is staying warm, prepping for the storm, and dusting off their sleds :). While we do not know what Monday or Tuesday will bring, updates will be sent through the APS App. For now, see important reminders about snow safety at pick up/drop off, updates about our Book Swap Drive, and tickets for our Someone Special Dance. Thank you for your ongoing support! Enjoy the snow! Sincerely, Dr. Paul Madden, Principal Ms. Julie O’Boyle, Assistant Principal |

Snow Time Parking Reminders |
Please use the drop off loop in the AM. Students should never be crossing the street unsupervised. With the increased snow, Dr. Madden will be outside the walker door monitoring for safety. Please be polite in all interactions with staff; safety is our priority. |
Please do not park anywhere in the bus loop, including by the curb connecting to Roy Ave. Buses take wide turns and any objects on the right-hand side of a right-hand turn are at risk of collision. Please keep our students and your family safe by not parking on in the bus loop or in the "No Parking" Zone over by where buses turn onto Roy Ave. |
Bus Stop Reminders - Wait Outside at Bus Stop |
Please be outside at your bus stop before the bus arrives. This is bus company policy. Waiting outside at the bus stop ensures that students are waiting safely before the bus arrives (and not crossing the street last minute) and helps ensure that bus routes are on-time. |
Reminder - Valentine’s Day Celebrations |
We will be enjoying several fun, themed days during the week of 2/14 (more details coming soon!). As a reminder of the District’s food policy, please do not send in food or candy to be shared with classmates. Non-food items such as pencils, stickers, and cards are welcome if you choose to participate. Please be sure that every child receives an item, and that items are labeled only with “from: (your child)." |
